Wrong item the second time
I had complaint to Lazada re sending the
wrong item the second time from White Time a red long jacket and same item but in grey cost $27.67 each time.I was too late to get my refund Thae second time I received a child's black blouse.
I away to charity instead.
May I know what is the update after complaint?

Hope all your customer service able to understand what exactly happened to the customer and provide clear direction plus guidelines in order to help out or settle customer facing issues.
In my case, dealer cancelled my purchase order after bank transaction due to some dissipate in the price. This was explained by Lazada curt service personnel.

Delivery person attitude problem
I never met a service person like this. Very bad and rude attitude, some more simply write her excuses and fake reason on the box.
She never admitted her fault and such a rude attitude, didn't go thru the real service to customer, some more said is consumer fault not to corporate with her well. I hope company will take action on this matter, at least well train in service.
I already show my corporation by given her nearby and easy to reach address for her to send, but unfortunately i saw she written those sentences on my parcel i really feel very disappointed with her attitude. Really really terrible.

They made me wait for 11 DAYS for my item and still it did not reach me. The Receive By date was also not updated at all.
So all this while i am just waiting and waiting for my item like an idiot. I had to bombard Lazada's customer service chat function, which is another dumb service, because they give you dumb automated replies. But they actually have customer service personnel monitoring the chat so if you keep messaging them they will suddenly come online to answer your questions personally - how ridiculous is that?? LOL.
Btw, i never got my item - it had to be cancelled.
So i waited 11 days for NOTHING. GREAT JOB LEX EXPRESS!!!!!

I was so disappointed with the delivery. How can the delivery man deliver my parcel to an empty factory &;; not just put it in the post box just like that without anyone to sign on it.
If they are unable to find the address, at least give me a call. The driver name is Gunaseelan Nadarajan.
As you can see the 2nd photo is just an empty factory. Please call my hp 017238**** for further inquiry..... Thanks.

Baling barang
Baling barang merata lepastu tulis barang sudah sampai di penerima padahal penerima belum dapat barang..
Penerima terpaksa mencari pulak barang tersebut..
Bukti penghantaran juga tidak sama..
Bukti penghantaran dalam gambar putih tapi setelah mencari bag plastik penghantaran oren..

On the website, it has stated that the package was delivered but no package came.
Lazada deliveryman lied to us. Fire him, bring back our package or give us the full refund

The delivery guy scolded me for wasting his time? *** joke.
He called me once, i answered his call within seconds but he threw tantrum on me like a little child complaining to his mom. Saying that he knocked my door for very long. Is he mad?
Or the company has no training for him? Expecting me to sit on the door side to wait for him?

I would appreciate if Lazada delivery person called the person in the contact details when delivering the parcel rather than delivering it to the wrong house and indicate that the person has received the parcel.
This is so ridiculous and unprofessional way of doing things. SHOPEE DELIVERY IS 100%, far way better than Lazada delivery service.
I hope that Lazada would look into this delivery service!

Extremely slow
so my friend and i ordered the same thing on the same day on 8/06/21 and now it is the 14/06/21 and still no sign of the delivery whereas my friend got her package about 2-3 days after the order. Dont call yourself 'express' and there is no where to contact them.

The courier Mr. Mohammad Affendi Abdul Latif (017-315-****) was late for more than 1 hour to deliver my parcel (Tracking no.; MYMPA05192****), and he tried to leave quietly after placing the parcel on my gate post.
I noticed his arrival, quickly run out and asked him why he tried to left the parcel without ringing my doorbell. With his rude attitude, this is what he replied to me.
"We usually inform customer via Lazada apps, not the doorbell"
When I confront him, he made below excuse.
"I thought if I ring the bell, it will disturb you."
This is my first time to experience such rude and irresponsible courier.
Please also take note that this could be the show-stopper, not only for me, but also for others prospective buyer that wish to purchase higher value item through Lazada in the future
